EPD has manufactured a wide variety of precision products in accordance with the highest government and commercial standards.  As a result, our engineering staff is well-versed in all aspects of design, analysis, and tooling to ensure the most efficient and reliable production.

EPD’s Engineering Department has capabilities for the design, analysis, tooling, and manufacture of nuclear grade and ASME Section VIII components.

 

Our state-of-the-art Coordinate Measuring Machine can be used to quickly and easily generate 3D models directly imported from our Pro/E Suite of Computer Aided Drawing/Computer Aided Machining applications.

 

Our engineering services include integrated CAD capabilities along with analysis and manufacturing capabilities that are further supported by Washington Group International’s Denver, Colorado, and Princeton, New Jersey, engineering centers.

 

Our ability to develop a design from concept/analysis to manufacturing and inspection in a fully integrated environment gives EPD superior flexibility in responding to customer production and development needs.
